**SCREEN PRINTING Terms and Conditions**
1. **Scope of Services:** These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of screen printing services ("Services") by [T.H.R.Y. DREAM. CREATE. INSPIRE.] ("Company") to the customer ("Customer").
2. **Orders:** Customers may place orders for screen printing services either online through the Company's website or by contacting the Company directly. All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company.
3. **Artwork and Designs:** Customers are responsible for providing artwork and designs ("Artwork") to be printed. The Customer warrants that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use the Artwork and that it does not infringe upon any third-party rights. The Company reserves the right to refuse to print any Artwork that it deems to be inappropriate, offensive, or infringing upon intellectual property rights.
4. **Payment:** Payment for Services shall be made in accordance with the pricing and payment terms specified by the Company. Payment is due in full upon placement of the order unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Company. Failure to make timely payment may result in delays or cancellation of the order.
5. **Turnaround Time:** The Company will make reasonable efforts to complete orders within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The Company shall not be liable for any delays in delivery caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to, equipment failure, supplier delays, or acts of nature.
6. **Quality Assurance:** The Company will make every effort to ensure that the printed products meet the highest standards of quality. However, slight variations in color, placement, and registration may occur due to the nature of the screen printing process. Customers are encouraged to review proofs and samples carefully before final approval.
7. **Cancellation and Refunds:** Orders may be cancelled by the Customer prior to production, subject to a cancellation fee determined by the Company. Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled, and no refunds will be issued except in cases of defective or damaged products.
8. **Intellectual Property:** The Customer retains all rights to the Artwork provided for printing. The Company retains all rights to the screens, films, and other materials used in the printing process. The Customer may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any products produced by the Company without the Company's prior written consent.
9. **Limitation of Liability:** The Company's liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Services shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Customer for the Services. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
10. **Governing Law:** These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
